The Site's design, text, and original content are the property of TenEightOne Ventures, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
